Wedding Cakes
In order to insure the availability of your event date, we recommend at least 6 months advanced notice. We offer tastings for you to sample in the privacy of your own home for a fee of $60, and upon placing your wedding cake order we will credit half of the tasting amount to say "Than You for choosing us"!
We require a two weeks advanced notice for all tastings.
Buttercream
Our buttercream of choice is a
Swiss Meringue due to its silky smooth texture and slight ivory hue.
Fondant
Available in different colors
Creates a specific style to support a specific design
Ceremonial Cutting Cake
Special confection created specifically for the cake cutting ceremony at a wedding. This cake is usually 1-2 tiers
